Injector troubleshooting

1. Injector nozzle blockage

The needle can be used for dredging, and it should be carefully cleaned after dredging. The large plane of the needle valve body is in poor contact with the plane of the injector body, or the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is worn a lot. If the large plane of the needle valve body is in poor contact with the plane of the injector body, chrome oxide may be applied to the flat plate for "8" shape grinding; if the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is worn out, the needle valve coupler shall be replaced in pairs.

2. Injector nozzle sealing is poor

Poor sealing of the needle valve and the needle valve body, resulting in poor atomization or dripping of the injector.

This kind of failure can be applied to the sealing tape at the end of the needle valve with fine chrome oxide or toothpaste, but never put it on the cylindrical part, then insert the needle valve into the needle valve body and knock it until it closes. The chromium oxide or toothpaste must be washed away after grinding.
